随着炼厂节能的深入,强化传热过程,提高换热器的传热系数问题日益突出。文中介绍了在原油蒸馏装置换热网络中应用螺纹管换热器进行渣油(走壳程)与原油(走管程)的换热,由于螺纹管换热器的管外表面积比同样光管换热器大2.5倍,弥补了管外膜传热系数的不足,强化了传热,根据几个炼厂使用的情况可使总传热系数提高50%以上。螺纹管有较强的抗结垢能力,使用寿命较长,有一定的经济效益。
