本文对ASTM.BST.IP和其他标准机械所发表的关于粘度测量的标准说明书及其应用进行评述。文章讨论了标准说明书及文献中的一些共同的专门知识。考虑了实际贯彻执行和使用情况。对于牛顿流体,标准及校准显然已完全建立起来了。而且可以进行准确且精密的粘度测量。但对于非牛顿液体,所有标准说明书都只是给出表观粘度,没有绝对的粘度值。其结果即使是精密的却不准确。关于非牛顿粘度的绝对测量,在文献中有些报道,但还需要简化和整理才能列为标准说明书。可以参考近年来关于这方面工作的研究结果。
This paper reviews the standard specifications for viscosity measurement published by ASTM.BST.IP and other standard machines and their applications. The article discusses some common know-how in standard specifications and literature. Considered the actual implementation and use. For Newtonian fluids, the standards and calibrations have apparently been fully established. And can be accurate and precise viscosity measurement. However, for non-Newtonian liquids, all standard specifications give only apparent viscosity and no absolute viscosity value. Even the results are precise but not accurate. The absolute measurement of non-Newtonian viscosity has been reported in the literature, but it needs to be simplified and collated to be a standard specification. Reference can be made to the findings of recent work on this aspect.
