我院的音乐学毕业生实习工作一直采取分散的实习形式,即将学生利用6—8周时间分散的安排在各所高中进行实地授课,在实习过程中出现了各种问题,例如,实习生的教学计划目标模糊、教案条例不清晰;实习生因紧张而造成的思维混乱,语言运用不恰当;实习生的上课内容不适合当今高中生的审美需求;实习生因为所掌握的专业知识过于单一而不适应当今多样话教育模式;以及实习生的谈吐、着装有悖于教师的风范等等,在实习过程中以上问题所反映出我院的本科教育存在以下几个方面的弊端,包括音乐学本科教育课程设置的缺乏、学院和实习单位在实习过程中缺少综合评估、以及学院与实习单位在实习工作中沟通衔接不够的问题。
