目的争取人财物投入,提升预防接种服务水平,提高预防接种质量和第一类疫苗接种率,保障接种安全,推动扩大国家免疫规划顺利实施。方法按照《河南省预防接种单位管理规范(试行)》要求,在全市16个乡级预防接种门诊推行“八统一”管理和人性化服务,通过加强督导,严格验收,有效促进创建工作开展。结果 16个乡级预防接种门诊服务设施完善,服务水平提升,整体工作上了一个新台阶,已有9家门诊被认定为河南省示范预防接种门诊。结论示范预防接种门诊能提高预防接种质量和第一类疫苗接种率。
Objectives To strive for the input of people and property, improve the level of vaccination services, improve the quality of vaccination and the vaccination rate of the first category, ensure the safety of vaccination and promote the smooth implementation of the national immunization program. Methods According to the requirements of “Regulations of Henan Provincial Vaccination Unit Regulation (Trial)”, the “Eight Unities” management and humanized service were implemented in 16 township vaccination clinics throughout the city. By strengthening supervision and strict inspection, the work of establishing the vaccines effectively promoted . Results 16 township vaccination outpatient service facilities improved, service levels improved, the overall work to a new level, has been out of 9 clinics in Henan Province demonstration vaccination clinic. Conclusion Demonstration vaccination clinic can improve the quality of vaccination and the first type of vaccination rate.
