目的:观察恶性肿瘤患者采用复方苦参注射液联合化疗进行治疗的有效性及不良反应分析。方法:随机抽取我院2011年4月到2014年3月收治的60例恶性肿瘤患者,征求患者治疗意愿后,分成观察组与对照组,对照组单独采用化疗进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用复方苦参注射液给予临床治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组有效率为56.66%,对照组有效率为33.33%,观察组有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率明显低于对照组,组间数据对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:恶性肿瘤患者采用复方苦参注射液联合化疗给予临床治疗,可有效控制患者病情发展,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of compound Kushen injection and chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor. Methods: Sixty patients with malignant tumors who were admitted to our hospital from April 2011 to March 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with chemotherapy alone. The observation group was treated in the control group On the basis of Compound Kushen Injection for clinical treatment, the treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate was 56.66% in the observation group and 33.33% in the control group, and the effective rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Malignant tumor patients treated with Compound Kushen Injection combined with chemotherapy can effectively control the progression of patients’ condition and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which deserves clinical application.
