2005年3月2日,北京军区党委机关举行深入开展保持共产党员先进性教育活动动员大会,全区先进性教育活动由此逐步展开。朱启司令员、符廷贵政委出席会议并讲话,张海阳副政委主持会议,陈希滔、粟戎生、高中兴副司令员,李文华副政委,邱金凯参谋长,政治部董万才主任,联勤部郭凤岐部长,军区司政联装机关负责同志及机关800多名党员干部参加会议。按照党中央、中央军委的战略决策和军区党委的统一部署,今年将在全区有计划有步骤地开展保持共产党员先进性
On March 2, 2005, the party committee and government organs of the Beijing Military Region held a mobilization meeting to educate the advanced nature of party members, and the progressive education campaign in the region was gradually launched.
