采用激光选区熔化技术进行了Al_2O_3粉末和浆料的基础实验研究。实验结果表明,Al_2O_3粉末成形效果较差,而Al_2O_3浆料成形效果较好;激光功率对Al_2O_3浆料试样表面的质量具有重要影响,表面质量随激光功率的增加而不断提高。当激光功率为200 W,扫描速度为90mm/s时,Al_2O_3试样维氏硬度均值约为14.7GPa。
The basic experimental study of Al 2 O 3 powder and slurry was carried out by laser selective melting. The experimental results show that the formation of Al 2 O 3 powder is poor and the forming effect of Al 2 O 3 slurry is better. The laser power has an important influence on the surface quality of Al 2 O 3 slurry sample. The surface quality increases with the increase of laser power. When the laser power is 200 W and the scanning speed is 90 mm / s, the Vickers hardness of Al 2 O 3 sample is about 14.7 GPa.
