今年春天在设计革命运动中,大批设计人员“下楼出院”分赴各矿区进行现场设计后,使档案工作顿时出现了不能及时满足现场大量需要档案资料的矛盾,各现场设计队索要档案资料的信、电报源源不断向档案室发来,所索要的资料不仅数量很大(一个队对相同的资料往往都需要若干份),而且时间上都是很紧急,但由于原有档案资料一般只有一份,无法满足各队的大量需要;各队索要资料的信、电报大都沒有写明档案资料的內容和技术特征,查找费时;加以档案人员由于到现场而减少,因而甚感人手不足。这样大家整天显得非常忙乱,一时感到困难重重矛盾很多,究竟该怎么办?这时我们学
