一机部“仪表用弹性合金带材”、“金属带材弹性性能试验方法”部标准全国审查会1976年12月1日至6日在重庆召开,参加会议的有一机部、冶金部、二机部、三机部、四机部、六机部、铁道部和大专院校等共49个单位64名代表。经过认真热烈的讨论,会议同意这两项标准作为试行标准报部审批。会议认为,这两项标准的试行,将初步把弹性合金的考核指标从机械性能转移到弹性性
