目的:建立超高效液相色谱测定肉制品中喹乙醇的方法。方法:采用5%甲醇作为提取液,OasisHLB固相萃取小柱净化进行样品前处理,超高效液相色谱-紫外检测器测定。色谱柱XTerra Ms C18 3.5μm×2.1 mm×100 mm,流速:0.3 ml/min,流动相:甲醇∶水=10∶90,柱温30℃,检测波长260 nm,进样量:10μl。结果:喹乙醇方法检出限0.04 mg/kg,在0 mg/L~10.0 mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9992。方法平均回收率为85.9%,RSD为4.2%。结论:本方法适用于肉制品中喹乙醇的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of olaquindox in meat products by ultra performance liquid chromatography. Methods: 5% methanol was used as the extract, and Oasis HLB solid phase extraction cartridges were cleaned up for sample preparation and determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography - ultraviolet detector. Column XTerra Ms C18 3.5 μm × 2.1 mm × 100 mm, flow rate: 0.3 ml / min, mobile phase: methanol: water = 10:90, column temperature 30 ℃, detection wavelength 260 nm, injection volume 10μl. Results: The detection limit of olaquindox was 0.04 mg / kg, with a good linearity in the range of 0 mg / L to 10.0 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9992. The average recovery was 85.9% and the RSD was 4.2%. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of olaquindox in meat products.
