目的了解沂蒙山区高中学生产生焦虑的原因,以便提出防治措施。方法采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)、龚耀先修订的艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、参照生活事件量表资料编制紧张性生活事件量表作为测量工具,于2010年10月对沂蒙山区某高级中学560名学生进行焦虑状况的调查。结果男女生焦虑量表平均得分差异无统计学意义,焦虑状况的发生率女生(40.25%)高于男生(32.67%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);农村学生(41.74%)高于城镇学生(15.54%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);高三年级学生焦虑状况明显高于高一高二年级学生,差异有统计学意义。结论引起焦虑的主要原因是升学问题和恋爱婚姻;学生焦虑状况除与人格特征有关外,还与家庭和社会环境条件有明显的关系。
Objective To understand the causes of anxiety among high school students in Yimeng Mountain so as to put forward prevention and treatment measures. Methods The Zung’s Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Eysenck’s Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) revised by Gong Yaoxian and the Life Events Scale were used to prepare the stressful life events scale as a measurement tool. In October 2010, An investigation of anxiety among 560 students in a high school. Results There was no significant difference in average scores of anxiety scale between male and female students. The incidence of anxiety was higher in girls (40.25%) than in boys (32.67%), but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05) Higher than that of urban students (15.54%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The anxiety level of high third grade students was significantly higher than that of second year students of high school and high school, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions The main causes of anxiety are the progression of studies and love marriage. Except for personality traits, students’ anxiety status is obviously related to family and social environment conditions.
