根据对中尼边境陈塘镇田野调查资料的分析,论述陈塘镇夏尔巴人在发展的进程中出现的不适应和相关社会问题。在对社会问题这一概念的分析和界定,以及对陈塘镇夏尔巴人基本情况的了解下,弄清其存在的民族认定、发展中的环境保护、资源匮乏、边境来往、交通闭塞、思想保守等社会问题。认清这些社会问题的基础上,通过改变交通、发展好特色旅游、加大教育的投入等方法,来解决其存在问题。最终在实现自身经济、文化发展的同时,为西藏“一带一路”经济政策提供良好的地缘支持,以及发挥好其先导和纽带作用。
Based on the analysis of the field survey data of Chen-Tang Town on the border between China and Nigeria, this paper discusses the maladjustment and related social problems that arise in the process of the development of Sherpa in Chentang Town. In the analysis and definition of the concept of social issues, as well as the understanding of the basic conditions of Sherpas in Chentang Town, it is necessary to clarify the ethnic identity of its existence, the environmental protection in development, the lack of resources, the border exchanges, the traffic congestion, Conservative thinking and other social issues. On the basis of recognizing these social problems, we should solve the existing problems by changing the traffic, developing the special tourism and increasing the investment in education. In the end, while realizing its own economic and cultural development, it will provide favorable geographical support for Tibet’s “Belt and Road” economic policies and give play to its role as a precursor and link.
