量子尺寸氧化锌微粒的制备与表征

用胶体化学方法制备了两种粒径分别为3nm(P1)和5nm(P2)的纤锌矿型氧化锌纳米微粒.利用多种表征手段对颗粒结构与光电性质进行表征.两种微粒吸收谱带呈现不同程度的蓝移.红外光谱研究表明 ,颗粒表面有乙酸分子吸附 ,乙酸分子与表面锌原子的配位方式以桥式配位为主.表面光电压谱与热重分析研究表明 ,因制备条件不同 ,两种颗粒表面性质存在很大差异.并结合制备条件对颗粒表面性质进行了分析. Two types of wurtzite zinc oxide nanoparticles with particle sizes of 3nm (P1) and 5nm (P2) were prepared by colloidal chemistry, and their particle structure and photoelectric properties were characterized by various characterization methods. Two kinds of particle absorption spectra The results showed that there were acetic acid molecules adsorbed on the surface of the particles and the coordination modes of acetic acid molecules and surface zinc atoms were dominated by bridged coordination.The surface photovoltage spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis showed that due to the preparation Under different conditions, the surface properties of the two kinds of particles are quite different, and the surface properties of the particles are analyzed in combination with the preparation conditions.
