2013年12月,国务院发布《关于全国中小企业股份转让系统有关问题的决定》(国发〔2013〕49号),为中小企业利用全国股份转让系统发展创造了良好的制度环境。据有关部门统计,截至2014年6月6日,全国中小企业股份转让系统挂牌公司达776家,总股本达263.96亿股,总市值1852.31亿元,比2013年底分别增加118%、172%和235%。到今年年底,“新三板”挂牌公司将突破1000家。企业对“新三板”的关注以及加入“新三板”的愿望不断提高,但同时“新三板”挂牌申请过程中的税务问题也日益突出,迫切需要得到专业机构的帮助。
In December 2013, the State Council issued the “Decision on Issues Related to the Share Transfer System for Small and Medium Enterprises in the PRC” (Guo Fa [2013] No. 49), which created a favorable institutional environment for SMEs to utilize the development of the national share transfer system. According to relevant statistics, as of June 6, 2014, there were 776 listed companies in the share transfer system of small and medium-sized enterprises across the country with a total share capital of 26.396 billion shares and a total market capitalization of 185.231 billion yuan, an increase of 118%, 172% and 235% respectively over the end of 2013 %. By the end of this year, “new three board” listed companies will exceed 1000. The enterprises’ attention to “New Third Board ” and their desire to join “New Third Board ” have been continuously raised. However, the tax issues in the application process of “New Third Board” have become increasingly prominent, and there is an urgent need for the help of specialized agencies.
