河北南皮机械制造有限公司是目前国内规模最大的榨油机械成套设备生产厂家,中国粮油学会油脂专业分会常务理事单位。企业兴建于1952年,1984年研制开发了200型和202榨油机,被原国家机械工业部确定为生产大中型榨油机械成套设备的定点专业厂家;1986年被河北省机电产品办公室列为产品出口重点企业;1987年被国务院出口办公室批准为全国第四批产品出口扩权企业;1995年晋升为国家中型企业;1998年改制为股份制企业。现拥有固定资产6300万元,员工560人,通用和专用金切设备、机械制造设备300多台套,年生产能力整机260台套,配件4万件,产品品种有12个系列48个品种。产品广泛应用于国内外油脂加工企业,其中为我国著名的大型油脂集团诸如:鲁花、胡姬花、益海、北海、东海、黄海、丰原、忠民等提供了成套设备,并出口美国、比利时、匈牙利、巴西、秘鲁、苏丹、印尼、马来西亚、巴基斯坦、乌克兰等30多个国家。完成国内外油脂加工生产线交钥匙工程40条,稳定的设备性能和良好的服务,得到了国内外用户的充分肯定。
Hebei Nanpi Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is currently the largest manufacturer of complete sets of equipment for oil extraction machinery, oil division of China Cereals and Oils Association executive director unit. Enterprises built in 1952, in 1984 developed a 200 and 202 oil press, the former Ministry of Machinery Industry identified as the production of large and medium-sized oil presses complete sets of equipment sentinel professional manufacturers; in 1986 by the Hebei Electrical and Mechanical Products Office as The key export-oriented enterprises; was approved by the Export Office of the State Council as the fourth batch of export-oriented enterprises in China in 1987; promoted as a medium-sized national enterprise in 1995; and restructured into a joint-stock enterprise in 1998. Now has 63 million yuan in fixed assets, 560 employees, GM and special cutting equipment, machinery manufacturing equipment more than 300 sets, the annual production capacity of 260 sets of machines, accessories 40,000, product varieties 12 series 48 varieties . Products are widely used in domestic and foreign oil processing enterprises, including China’s well-known large-scale oil groups such as: Lu Hua, orchid, Yihai, Beihai, the East China Sea, the Yellow Sea, Fengyuan, Zhongmin provided complete sets of equipment and exported to the United States, Belgium , Hungary, Brazil, Peru, Sudan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Ukraine and more than 30 countries. Complete domestic and foreign oil processing production line turnkey 40, stable equipment performance and good service, has been fully affirmed by users at home and abroad.
