无论从宏观还是微观角度来讲,文化因素无疑对企业行为具有重要影响和巨大的意义。企业文化是企业员工在认识和行为上的共同理解,它贯穿于企业的全部生产经营活动,影响企业的全部工作,决定企业全体员工的精神面貌和整个企业的素质、行为和竞争能力。本文着重从微观角度,对新时期我国企业文化的作用机制以及如何加强企业文化建设的方法和途径作一探讨。一、企业文化对企业行为的影响与作用机制相对于国家文化、民族文化、社会文化而言,企业文化是一种微观文化。美国学者迪尔和肯尼迪在《企业文化》一书中指出:“我们可以把文化描述为在某种环境中做事的方式。”他们认为,每个企业乃至组织,都有一种文化,文化对组织中甚至每件事都具有有力的影响。企业文化是由企业环境、价值观、英雄人物、典礼和仪式、文化网络等要素组成,并以价值观为核心。
