泥浆泵缸套是石油钻采机械中泥浆泵的主要易损件,它的寿命直接影响钻井效率和钻井质量。介绍了用硼—稀土共渗法制造泥浆泵缸套的实验研究及结果。试验表明,硼—稀土共渗层在磨粒磨损使用条件下具有较高的耐磨性,用这种方法制造的缸套,不但工艺简单,成本低。而且在同样试验条件下,缸套的寿命比高铬铸铁作内衬的双金属缸套高。推荐了硼—稀土缸套的生产方法和生产工艺。
Mud pump liner is the main wearing part of mud pump in oil drilling machinery. Its life time has a direct impact on drilling efficiency and drilling quality. The experimental research and results of making mud pump cylinder liner by boron-rare earth co-permeation method are introduced. Tests show that the boron-rare earth co-permeable layer has high abrasion resistance under abrasive wear conditions. The cylinder liner manufactured by this method has the advantages of simple process and low cost. And under the same test conditions, the life of the liner is higher than that of bimetallic liner lined with high chromium cast iron.
