绿茵场上,那仅一指宽的队长袖标,有着丰富的内涵,象征着无上的地位和荣耀。领袖、舵手、旗帜……这些溢美之辞都是拥趸强加给队长的称谓,而众人的期盼和肩头沉甸甸的责任感使得集万千宠爱于一身的队长必须与众不同。究竟什么样的人可以成为队长,一个优秀的队长又该具备怎样的素质呢。能力是纵横绿茵的不二法则,性格是策马扬鞭的动力源泉,名望是统领千军的慑人气势,资历是南征北战的经验积淀,出身是功成名就的有效铺垫。这五项元素,可以说是成就优秀队长的不二法门。当然并非要求所有的队长都具备如此高的境界,但放眼绿茵,每一个队长,皆有其独特的过人之处。所谓数英雄人物,还看队长。就让我们循着这五个要素的痕迹,去扫描绿茵,畅谈队长吧。
