以前我们在生产上海50型拖拉机,加工后桥壳体内平面(内孔ф131、外圆ф177mm)时,采用一把宽25mm的镗刀,在镗孔后再括出平面。此工艺的加工速度慢、质量不稳定、消耗功率大,不能保证被加工平面的不平度0.04mm、孔与平面的不垂直度0.05mm及表面光洁度▽5的要求。更不能适应成批生产的需要。为此,我们设计制造了一台镗内平面专机(见图1),经长期使用,能达到上述技术要求,质量稳定。一、工作原理如图1所示。把镗内平面动力头6的主轴伸进工作7,接近加工面时,滑台2慢进,当滑台顶端与撞块5接触时,电动机即启动。动力头经变速后,通过图2中间齿轮14带动主轴6及刀盘4旋转。同时电
