随着市场经济的逐步完善,农民工成为企业经营中不可或缺的中坚力量,农民工思想是否稳定直接制约着企业的生产经营甚至影响到城市社会的稳定。长期以来形成的传统习惯和国家法制的不健全或执行不到位,使不少企业漠视农民工的存在,企业的文化建设更没有考虑农民工。本文对农民工的思想现状和存在的问题进行了剖析,提出了企业做好农民工思想政治工作的一些方法和建议。
With the gradual improvement of the market economy, migrant workers have become the indispensable backbone in the operation of enterprises. Whether the migrant workers’ thinking is stable and directly restricts the production and operation of enterprises has even affected the stability of urban society. For a long time, the traditional habits and the imperfect or imperfect implementation of the national legal system have caused many enterprises to ignore the existence of migrant workers, and their cultural construction has not even considered migrant workers. This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of peasant workers and puts forward some methods and suggestions for enterprises to do peasant workers’ ideological and political work.
