The design principle, structure, fabrication technology and experimental results of optical fiber interconnection network with 64 × 64 I / O channels are introduced in detail. The network is used between two parallel processor arrays and has reconfigurable functions. The experimental results verify the superiority and feasibility of optical fiber interconnects.
