一侧空间忽略表现为病人对病侧大脑半球对侧一半视野内的刺激不能识别、反应或定向。本文对中风病人进行了与视觉忽略相关的眼球运动的研究。研究目的:①观察有视觉忽略的病人是否伴眼球运动异常;②评估视觉忽略的严重度、病人神经心理实验操作的其它特征是否与眼球运动的方式相关。 方法 受试者分病人组及对照组,用特制眼镜评估所有受试者的眼球运动。
Neglect of one-sided space manifests itself as a patient’s unrecognized, reactive or orientated stimulus to the ophthalmic half of the contralateral hemisphere of the diseased hemisphere. In this paper, stroke patients were visually related to the study of eye movement. The purpose of this study was to observe whether patients with visual neglect had abnormal eye movements. To assess the severity of visual neglect and whether other characteristics of neuropsychological experiments were related to the way of eye movement. Methods Subjects were divided into groups of patients and control group, with special glasses to assess the eye movement of all subjects.
