坚持不懈地进行共产主义理想教育,坚持不懈地进行全面改革,这是前不久召开的党的全国代表会议反复强调的基本观点。所有党的领导干部在领导工作实践中,都必须坚持共产主义理想,坚持社会主义改革,坚持社会主义物质文明建设和精神文明建设一起抓,这是毫无疑义的。但是,理想教育与全面改革是有机统一的,还是相互排斥的?是同时并举的,还是有先有后的?是两张“皮”,还是一张“皮”?这在一部分领导干部的思想上还不是十分清楚的。本文试图从理想教育与全面改革的关系中,分析一下目前的领导干部的思想状况,谈谈领导者应该怎样正确地对待理想教育与全面改革的关系。

This is partly based on the thinking of some leading cadres It is not yet clear. This article attempts to analyze the current ideological conditions of leading cadres in the relationship between ideal education and overall reform and how the leaders should correctly handle the relationship between ideal education and overall reform.
