刑法学是法学专业一门十分重要的核心课程,在法学教育体系中占有重要的地位。但是我国目前的刑法学教学无论是在教学内容、课程体系还是在教学方法上,仍然存在诸多不合理的地方。为了提高刑法学的教学效果,我们有必要改革现有的刑法学教学模式。文章立足于刑法学的教学目标,在“应用型人才”培养背景下,建议在刑法学教学中贯彻“以学生为本”的教学理念,进一步调整和完善刑法学的教学方法、教学内容、课程体系、逻辑思维等,不断提高刑法学的教学质量。
Criminal law is a very important core course of law major, occupying an important position in the legal education system. However, there are still many unreasonable places in current teaching of criminal law in our country, whether in teaching contents, curriculum system or teaching methods. In order to improve the teaching effect of criminal law, we need to reform the existing teaching mode of criminal law. Based on the teaching goal of criminal law, under the background of cultivation of applied talents, it is suggested that the teaching idea of “student-oriented” should be implemented in the teaching of criminal law to further adjust and perfect the teaching methods of criminal law, Teaching content, curriculum system, logical thinking, and constantly improve the teaching quality of criminal law.
