在我们周围总会看到各种维生素复合补养品的广告,身边也有不少人养成了额外补充一些维生素的习惯。比如每天服用一粒复合维生素片或者每天服用维生素E和维生素C胶囊;更有个别达人还会自己搭配更加复杂的配方:午饭后一粒维生素C,晚饭后一粒鱼油,一粒复合维生素B……利用这样的方式来保养身体,真的是科学健康的吗?
Around us always see a variety of vitamin supplements supplements advertising, there are many people around us to develop additional habits of some vitamins. For example, take a daily vitamin tablets or daily intake of vitamin E and vitamin C capsules; more individual people will be with their own more complex formula: a vitamin C after lunch, a fish oil after dinner, a vitamin B ... use this way to maintain the body, is it really scientific and healthy?
