通过实地走访、问卷调查、电话问询等方法研究目前高等院校与中小学体育课程改革的现状,发现目前绝大多数高等院校实现以分项教学为主要模式的体育课改,而中小学体育与健康课程改革却由于受到体育场地器材、体育师资、学生对体育的需求等方面的制约和中高考压力,其改革处于停滞不前的状态。笔者认为,目前体育课改模式更适于高等院校,只有改变中小学体育课程的弱势地位和加大其体育软、硬件的投入,探索适于中小学实际情况的教学组织模式,才能更好落实《课程标准》精神,推动中小学体育课改顺利实施。
