The changes of plasma nitric oxide (NO) level in 32 cases of cadaveric renal allografts before and 3 months after operation were observed by microdisk colorimetry and nitrite determination of nitric oxide metabolites. At the same time, plasma endothelin (ET), cyclosporin A (CsA), creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and blood pressure were also monitored. Results: The plasma concentration of NO before kidney transplantation was 24.01 ± 1.15μmol / L, which was significantly higher than that in the 3 months after operation (P <0.01). The plasma ET, BUN and blood pressure also showed similar trends , And was significantly correlated with NO. The authors believe that the determination of NO concentration after kidney transplantation not only helps to understand the mechanism of kidney injury after kidney transplantation, but also as a reference indicator of renal function monitoring.
