目的提高对多发性骨髓瘤的认识,减少误诊的发生。方法回顾性总结分析漯河市中心医院关节脊柱外科2002-01-2009-06收治的多发性骨髓瘤的临床资料,对于误诊病例进一步分析诊治过程,找出误诊的原因。结果 9例均存在骨痛及骨质破坏,入院时被误诊为转移性骨肿瘤,经骨髓活检最后均确诊为多发性骨髓瘤。结论重视该病在骨科的临床表现,以减少对该病的误诊。
Objective To raise awareness of multiple myeloma and reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis. Methods The clinical data of multiple myeloma treated in Department of Spine Surgery, Luohe Central Hospital from January 2002 to June 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnosis and treatment of misdiagnosed cases were further analyzed to find out the causes of misdiagnosis. Results All the 9 cases had bone pain and bone destruction. When they were admitted, they were misdiagnosed as metastatic bone tumors. All the patients were diagnosed as multiple myeloma by bone marrow biopsy. Conclusion The importance of the disease in orthopedic clinical manifestations to reduce the misdiagnosis of the disease.
