酒吧、卡拉OK等新兴的文化娱乐场所,在市场经济大潮的冲击下如雨后春笋般迅猛发展起来,极大的丰富了人们的精神生活.然而,这些新生事物的出现,给消防工作提出了许多的新情况、新问题.最近,笔者对30余家酒吧、卡拉OK等娱乐场所进行了调查了解,掌握了卡拉OK等娱乐场所的一些建筑结构、特点以及扑救的基本对策.一 建筑构造及火灾特点1.卡拉OK娱乐场所一般不是独立的建筑,大多是利用原有建筑改造而成.由于受建筑条件的限制,多数卡拉OK娱乐场所都达不到建筑设计防火规定的要求,从建设开始就存在着火险隐患,发生火灾的机率极高.2.可燃物多、燃烧猛烈、蔓延迅速.卡拉OK场所为追求视听效果和娱乐气氛,往往采用大量木质材料,化学纤维品等可燃材料进行装修,使火灾载荷大幅度增加;多种照明、音响设备,用电负荷大,极易引起火灾和造成火势蔓延.加之室内空间大,舞池、座席、包箱大多属于一个整体空间,空气充足,疏通好,不论室内任何部位起火,都可以迅速向四周蔓延,火势迅猛发展,短时间内即可危及整幢乃至毗连建筑物.3.人员密集、疏散通道少、极易造成人员伤亡.卡拉
