重大临床医疗成果作为社会文明和现代医学科学发展到一定历史阶段的产物,在促进临床医疗科学不断创新的过程中,具有极为重要的作用和价值。如何将重大临床医疗成果的全部过程完整、准确、系统地记录下来,开辟一个新的档案种类,形成与临床工作相适应的重大临床医疗成果档案管理模式,这是档案工作者面临的一个新课题。目前,对此类档案的管理,尚无一个具体的规定和办法,为此,本文就重大临床医疗成果档案管理中的立卷、归档等问题提出若干探讨意见,以求教于专家。
As a result of the development of social civilization and modern medical science to a certain historical stage, major clinical medical outcomes play an extremely important role and value in promoting the continuous innovation of clinical medical science. How to record the entire process of major clinical medical results in a complete, accurate and systematic way, open up a new type of file, and form a major clinical medical record management model suited to clinical work. This is a new topic for archivists. . At present, there is no specific regulation or method for the management of such files. For this reason, this article puts forward some opinions on issues such as filing and archiving in the archives management of major clinical medical results so as to seek advice from experts.
