目的 :探讨硬腰联合麻醉应用于直肠癌根治手术的效果。方法 :对 180例硬腰联合麻醉下直肠癌根治手术的麻醉效果进行评定。结果 :硬腰联合麻醉起效时间短 ,阻滞范围广 ,用药量小。结论 :硬腰联合麻醉应用于直肠癌根治手术效果确切 ,操作简便 ,值得推广 Objective: To investigate the effect of combined spinal and lumbar anesthesia in radical surgery of rectal cancer. Methods: The anesthetic effects of 180 cases of radical resection of rectal cancer under radical anesthesia were evaluated. Results: The combination of sclerosis and anesthesia onset time is short, a wide range of block, the dosage is small. Conclusion: The combined application of sclerotherapy and lumbar anesthesia in radical resection of rectal cancer is effective, easy to operate and is worth promoting
