中国教育和中国足球相比,中国足球更有希望!这是著名学者杨东平在“2009年度观察家年会”上的一句有雷人之举的话,当时可谓震惊全场,让整个中国开始反思中国教育和中国足球的各种弊端。众所周知,足球后备人才的培养是衡量一个国家足球运动发展水平的重要标准之一,它决定了一个国家足球运动的兴衰成败。狠抓体教结合并提高足球教育质量,显然成为体教结合的重中之重。我国足球运动还处于起步阶段,努力抓好青少年足球运动员的训练工作,是我国足球取得成功的根本之路。纵观欧美足球发达国家,都非常重视青少年的选拔和训练工作,从培养体制和竞赛体制等方面也都有一套详细的计划。
