研究了Cu(Ⅱ)-PEG(聚乙二醇-2000)-BCO(新铜试剂)-(NH4)2SO4体系的萃取光度法并应用于测定Cu(Ⅱ)。结果表明最适宜酸度为pH8~9.5(NH4Cl-NH3·H2O缓冲溶液),络合物最大吸收波长位于600nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.74×104,Cu(Ⅱ)浓度在0~64μg/10ml服从比尔定律,铜与BCO组成了1:3的稳定蓝色络合物。该方法用于铝合金中铜的测定,获得了满意的结果。
The extraction spectrophotometry of Cu (Ⅱ) -PEG (polyethylene glycol-2000) -BCO (new copper reagent) - (NH4) 2SO4 was studied and applied to the determination of Cu (Ⅱ). The results showed that the most suitable acidity was pH8 ~ 9.5 (NH4Cl-NH3 · H2O buffer solution), the maximum absorption wavelength of the complex was at 600nm, the apparent molar absorptivity was 2.74 × 104 and the Cu (Ⅱ) 64μg / 10ml subject to Beer’s Law, copper and BCO formed a stable blue complex 1: 3. The method is applied to the determination of copper in aluminum alloy and obtains satisfactory results.
