故障现象一辆2006款速腾2.0轿车,发动机型号为BJZ,行驶里程为5.4万km,发动机冷起动困难。故障诊断试车发现,故障确实存在。用VAS 5052进行检测,无故障代码。仔细检查油路,没有发现有渗油或漏油的地方,然后测量起动时的油压,为450kPa,正常。怀疑有加装元件对系统存在干扰。经过与驾驶人交流,得知收音机是改装的。怀疑故障可能是改装时线路没有接好所致。于是对该车的静态电流进行检查。断开点火开关,关闭车门,拆下蓄电池一端,用万用表电流挡(20A),测量线路中的电流,等待2min,电流稳定在0.62A(图1),正常数值应在0.03A～
Failure phenomenon A 2006 Sagitar 2.0 sedan, the engine model BJZ, mileage of 54,000 km, the engine cold start difficult. Troubleshooting test found that the fault does exist. Test with VAS 5052, no error code. Carefully check the oil circuit, did not find a place to seepage or leakage, and then measure the starting pressure, for the 450kPa, normal. Suspected installation of components on the system there is interference. After communicating with the driver, I learned that the radio was modified. Suspected fault may be modified when the line is not connected properly. So check the quiescent current of the car. Disconnect the ignition switch, close the door, remove the battery end, with a multimeter current block (20A), measuring the current in the line, wait 2min, the current stabilized at 0.62A (Figure 1), the normal value should be 0.03A ~
