永寿县仪井多宋家村,地处渭北旱塬西部,总耕地1723亩,全部为旱地,海拔800m 左右。是个典型的旱作农业区。宋家村小麦常年种植面积1250亩左右。1982—87年平均亩产282,2kg,1986—87年度在冬春连旱137天,降水量比历年同期减少八成的不利条件下,全村平均亩产仍达到274kg,同时还出现了不少亩产400-500kg 的高产田块。该村小麦稳产高产的经验主要有以下几点:(一)平整土地,提高蓄水保墒能力宋家村地处樊宋山南麓,地势北高南低,大部分为坡地。1978年以来,连续9年共整修台田1643亩,占耕地95.4％。由于农田基本条件的改变,有效地控制了水土流失,增强了蓄水保墒能力,促进了粮食增产。1981年小麦亩产235.5kg,比前3年亩产净增103.5kg,增产
