以脱脂棉纤维为模板,运用模板法和化学剪裁法制备了多孔管状催化剂Al2O3-AlCl x-3,采用电场发射扫描电镜和光电子能谱对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,该催化剂较好地复制了棉纤维的宏观和微观结构,呈现出明显的生物形貌特征。将Al2O3-AlCl x-3催化剂用于醇氧化反应,考察了溶剂体系、催化剂用量、反应温度及时间等因素对反应性能的影响。实验发现,在最优条件下Al2O3-AlCl x-3催化下可以高选择性地将醇氧化为相应的醛或酮,且该催化剂具有很好的重复使用性能,并提出了可能的反应机理。
A porous tubular catalyst Al2O3-AlCl x-3 was prepared by using the cotton wool fiber as a template and a template method and a chemical tailoring method. The catalysts were characterized by electric field emission scanning electron microscopy and photoelectron spectroscopy. The results show that the catalyst can well reproduce the macroscopic and microstructure of cotton fiber and show obvious biological topography. The Al2O3-AlCl x-3 catalyst was used in the alcohol oxidation reaction, and the effects of solvent system, catalyst dosage, reaction temperature and time on the reaction performance were investigated. It was found that the catalyst can be oxidized to the corresponding aldehydes or ketones with high selectivity under the optimal conditions of Al2O3-AlCl x-3, and the catalyst has good reusability and the possible reaction mechanism is proposed.
