目的探讨我院门诊西药房240例药物咨询情况,以改善药学咨询服务质量,促进合理用药。方法收集整理我院2012年1月～2012年5月共240例门诊药物咨询记录,对咨询的内容及人群进行分析。结果咨询内容以药物用法用量为首位(32.9%),其次是药理作用(21.3%)、副作用(12.1%)。咨询人群以50～70岁的居多(48.3%),其次是30～50岁的(33.3%)。结论药物咨询的大力发展,能促进合理安全有效的用药,同时也是门诊收集药物不良反应的重要途径。
Objective To investigate 240 cases of drug counseling in outpatient western pharmacy in our hospital to improve the quality of pharmacy counseling services and promote rational drug use. Methods A total of 240 outpatient drug counseling records collected from January 2012 to May 2012 in our hospital were collected, and the contents of consultation and population were analyzed. Results The content of the consultation led to the highest usage of drugs (32.9%), followed by pharmacological effects (21.3%) and side effects (12.1%). Consultants were predominantly 50-70 years old (48.3%), followed by 30-50 years old (33.3%). Conclusion The rapid development of drug counseling can promote rational and safe drug use and is also an important way to collect adverse drug reactions in outpatient clinics.
