用于玻璃、陶瓷、油漆和塑料工业的霞石正长岩选矿工艺,要求有独特的质量控制措施、精选设备和控制原理。加拿大Indusmin有限公司为了控制氧化铝、纯碱和铁的含量,将几个露天矿的矿石混合,然后经几段干燥、破碎使其粒度降为砂粒状,继而通过空气分级除去细粒级物料。对其所含铁质用弱场强磁选机,随之用高场强磁选机除去。经筛分所得砂状最终产品用做玻璃原料。在砾磨机里研磨并经空气分级机选出的小于200目到小于10微米的产品,用于陶瓷、油漆和塑料工业。虽然霞石正长岩的基本选矿方法一直没有变化,其选矿设备改进甚微,但在其流程控制、粉尘控制和质量管理方面却有显著进展。
Nepheline syenite processing for glass, ceramics, paints and plastics industries requires unique quality control measures, selection of equipment and control principles. In order to control the alumina, soda ash and iron content, Indusmin Co., Ltd., Canada, mixed several open-pit ores and then dried and crushed to reduce their size to grit, which was followed by air fractionation to remove the fine-grained material. Iron content with its weak magnetic field using magnetic separator, followed by high-field magnetic separator removed. After screening the resulting sand-like final product is used as glass raw material. Products that are ground in a pebble mill and selected by an air classifier to less than 200 mesh and less than 10 microns are used in the ceramic, paint and plastics industries. Although the basic mineral processing methods of nepheline syenite have not changed, its beneficiation equipment has been slightly improved but significant progress has been made in its process control, dust control and quality control.
