加入WTO不仅会对我国经济生活产生直接影响,而且会给思想政治工作带来前所未有的新问题。企业经营环境、社会运行机制和影响企业职工思想政治观念的因素都会发生变化。我们应有针对性地加强这方面的研究,制定出切实可行的措施,使我们的思想政治工作立于不败之地。辩证地看,加入WTO对企业思想政治工作是一个机遇,但更多的是挑战。机遇在于,中国加入WTO以后,外国先进的经营管理观念、方式和某些外国企业家的敬业精神、创新意识、竞争意识、法律意识和严谨的工作作风对我们的企业建设是一个借鉴和
Joining the WTO will not only have a direct impact on China’s economic life, but will also bring unprecedented new problems to the ideological and political work. Factors such as business environment, social operation mechanism and ideological and political ideas affecting employees will change. We should intensify research in this area in a targeted manner and work out practical measures to make our ideological and political work an invincible position. Dialectically, joining the WTO is an opportunity for ideological and political work in enterprises, but more is a challenge. The chance is that after China’s accession to the WTO, the advanced management concepts and methods of foreign countries and the dedication, innovation awareness, sense of competition, legal awareness and rigorous work style of some foreign entrepreneurs are a reference for our enterprise construction.
