青城子铅矿榛子沟坑副竖井,春季涌水量每小时1.6m~3,雨季达每小时11m~3,不仅淋湿乘罐人员的衣服,同时恶化井口作业条件。每到冬季结冰期,由于钢绳带水,常常使天轮槽内结满冰,而不得不停下罐笼进行处理,给安全和生产造成严重威胁。为此,我们采用风筒布形成隔离层的办法,较好地解决了这个问题。隔离层的结构如附图所示。在每架钢梁
