作者报告一例病人在硬膜外注入甲泼尼龙后出现柯兴氏综合征。这是24岁男病人,因抬举重物后发生左颈、上肢和手部急性疼痛,当时诊断急性颈部捩伤。但疼痛持续3个月并向上臂、前臂后侧和1～4手指放散,伴有上肢软弱无力。X 片和骨扫描未见异常,曾服安定以及经皮电神经刺激(TE-NS)治疗无效。脊髓造影,颈椎 CT 和肌电图(EMG)检查,仅 EMG 显示左 C_((?).7)神经根异常。择期实施 C_(5-6)和 C_(6-7)部位的左偏侧椎板切除和 C_(5-6)
The authors report that a patient developed Cushing’s syndrome after epidural injection of methylprednisolone. This is a 24-year-old male patient who developed acute neck, upper extremity and hand aches after heavy lifting and was diagnosed with acute neck injuries. However, the pain lasted for 3 months and spread to the upper arm, the back of the forearm and 1 to 4 fingers accompanied by weakness of the upper limbs. X-ray and bone scan showed no abnormalities, had stability and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TE-NS) treatment ineffective. Myelography, cervical CT and electromyography (EMG) examination, only EMG showed left C _ ((?). 7) nerve root abnormalities. Elective laminectomy and C_ (5-6) C_ (5-6) and C_ (6-7)
