1985年,北京市西城区副食品公司采取本公司系统职工集资入股、保息分红的办法,兴办了25个集体所有制的商业,服务业企业。集资办法:凡是本公司系统的干部、职工均可入股,每股100元,每人最多入10股,实行保息分红,年息6.6%。入股、退股自愿,但调出公司系统的人员必须退股。1985年参加集资入股的职工总数达3,900多人,占公司总人数的49.2%,共集资128万元,其中入10股者约占三分之一。
