孔令俊同志和我是在火热的大革命年代相识的,迄今已有五十四个年头了。1925年国共合作举行北伐,打倒列强,打倒军阀,革命青年纷纷聚集在民主革命的旗帜下,争先恐后地作出自己的贡献。我和孔令俊同志都是二十来岁,我奉命担任北伐军前敌总指挥部第八军教导师政治部副主任,驻防湖南常德,掩护北伐军左后方,孔令俊同志也奉派到我部担任宣传科
