绿原酸是植物中常见的多酚类有机酸,可以清除细胞中的自由基,保护组织免受氧化胁迫,阻止细胞发生癌变。另外它还具有抗病毒作用,常被应用到抗菌消炎的药物中。目前,随着对天然抗氧化剂需求量的增加,从植物中提取的绿原酸供不应求。因此对绿原酸生物合成途径的研究备受关注。该文对绿原酸的生物活性、药理作用以及3种可能的生物合成途径进行了阐述,总结概述了关于绿原酸生物合成途径在分子生物学方面的最新研究进展。这将为利用生物技术方法大量生产绿原酸提供理论依据。
Chlorogenic acid is a common plant polyphenolic organic acids, can eliminate free radicals in cells, protect tissues from oxidative stress, prevent cells from cancerous. In addition, it also has antiviral effects, often applied to antibacterial anti-inflammatory drugs. At present, chlorogenic acid extracted from plants is in short supply as the demand for natural antioxidants increases. Therefore, the biosynthetic pathway of chlorogenic acid has attracted much attention. In this paper, the biological activity of chlorogenic acid, its pharmacological action and three possible biosynthetic pathways were described. The recent advances in molecular biology of chlorogenic acid biosynthesis pathway were summarized. This will provide a theoretical basis for the mass production of chlorogenic acid using biotechnology methods.
