目的分析几种共同性外斜视的手术效果。方法对57例手术治疗的共同性外斜视不同年龄、斜视类型、融合功能进行比较观察。结果57例术后眼位:43例正位,内斜4例,外斜10例。结论术后眼位与斜视类型无关,间歇性外斜和年龄越小术后双眼视功能恢复好。
Objective To analyze the surgical effects of several common exotropia. Methods 57 cases of surgical treatment of common exotropia at different ages, strabismus type, fusion function were compared. Results 57 cases of postoperative ophthalmic position: 43 cases of positive, internal oblique in 4 cases, oblique 10 cases. Conclusions The postoperative ocular strabismus has no relation with the type of strabismus. The intermittent exotropia and the younger age have better postoperative binocular vision.
