本文研究了稀土硅钙复合喷粉处理对ZG35性能的影响。结果表明,钢的延伸率提高9.6%;断面收缩率提高26.2%;冲击韧性提高20.6%,钢液流动性提高55%;抗热裂性提高30%。主要是由于稀土硅钙净化了钢液,减少了非金属央杂并改善了它的形态分布的结果。用处理的钢液浇铸3NB80泥浆泵曲轴,消除了曾常出现的裂纹、夹杂缺陷。近一年来正式投产的实践表明,显著提高了铸件质量,性能稳定,取得了很好的经济效益。本工艺特别适用于中小型电弧炉铸钢件生产。
In this paper, the effect of Rare-earth Si-Ca composite powdering on the performance of ZG35 was studied. The results show that the elongation of steel increases by 9.6%, the reduction of area decreases by 26.2%, the impact toughness increases by 20.6%, the fluidity of molten steel increases by 55% and the thermal cracking resistance increases by 30%. Mainly due to the purification of rare earth calcium silicate molten steel, reducing the non-metallic miscellaneous central and improve its morphological distribution results. Casting the 3NB80 mud pump crankshaft with the treated molten steel eliminates the cracks and inclusions that often occur. Put into practice nearly a year of practice shows that significantly improve the quality of castings, stable performance, and achieved good economic returns. This process is particularly suitable for small and medium electric arc furnace castings production.
