随着新课标的实施,我国的小学语文教学有了进一步的发展,在教学理念以及教学内容等方面都有了重大改革,但是一些问题也随之出现,本文通过教学的体验以及感受,对新课标背景之下的小学语文老师需要具备的素质进行了简要阐述,接着对我国目前新课标背景之下小学语文教学存在的问题进行了分析,最后针对性地提出了相关的建议,希望可以为新课标背景之下的教学改革提供一点参考。
