目的 :观察不同类型老年性白内障晶体上皮细胞形态学变化 ,为白内障发病机制研究提供依据。方法 :将白内障手术中获取的不同类型老年白内障晶体前囊膜制成贴片 ,进行 HE染色 ,光学显微镜下观察细胞密度、直径大小、细胞形态改变等。结果 :老年性白内障晶体上皮细胞密度与正常对照组分别为 :40 99个 /mm2和 4788个 /mm2 ,二者差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1 )。皮质性、后囊下性、混合性及核性白内障细胞密度分别为 3799个 /mm2 、386 8个 /mm2 、40 92个 /mm2 及 46 1 4个 /mm2 ;核性白内障与正常相似细胞直径自中间区到周边区逐渐减少 ,其他三型则逐渐增大。结论 :老年性白内障晶体上皮细胞形态学正常发生明显变化 ,不同类型老年性白内障晶体上皮细胞形态学变化各有不同。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the morphological changes of lens epithelial cells of different types of senile cataract and provide the basis for the study of the pathogenesis of cataract. Methods: Different types of senile cataract lens obtained in cataract surgery were made into pieces and stained with HE. The cell density, diameter and cell morphology were observed under light microscope. Results: The density of lens epithelial cells in senile cataract patients were 4099 / mm2 and 4788 / mm2, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Cortical, posterior subcapsular, mixed and nuclear cataract cell density were 3799 / mm2, 386 8 / mm2, 4092 / mm2 and 461 4 / mm2; nuclear cataract and normal similar cell diameter From the middle area to the surrounding area gradually decreased, the other three types are gradually increasing. CONCLUSION: The morphological changes of lens epithelial cells in senile cataract obviously change obviously. The morphological changes of lens epithelial cells in different types of senile cataract are different.
