我国知识产权事业在短短的20年间就走完了西方工业化国家用上百年时间才完成的发展历程,包括专利制度在内的知识产权制度已深深植根于我国改革开放的伟大事业之中。知识产权保护,这一鼓励发明创新、维护公平有序竞争的科学机制,在促进我国科学技术和经济社会发展,增强国家综合竞争力方面,发挥着日益重要的作用。
China’s intellectual property business has completed the course of development that has been completed in the western industrialized countries in the past 20 years in just 20 years. The intellectual property system, including the patent system, has been deeply rooted in the great cause of China’s reform and opening up. Intellectual property protection, a scientific mechanism that encourages invention and innovation and safeguards fair and orderly competition, plays an increasingly important role in promoting China’s science and technology and economic and social development and enhancing the country’s overall competitiveness.
