回想起少年时代,有一次英语老师对笔者说:“你读的英语真标准,真好听!”并把笔者的声音录在录音带上放给同学们听。当时的激动心情,现在仍记忆犹新。老师的激励对于笔者来说终身难忘。从那时起,笔者一直对英语保持着浓厚的学习兴趣。如今笔者也成为了一名英语教师。可见,使用激励赞美的评价手段远比批评、指责更为有效。教师对学生要多进行鼓励、赞美,不要吝啬微笑,学生会因此而改变一天甚至一生的心情。
When I was young, I once said to the author: “The standards of English you read are really good!” And recorded the author’s voice on the tape for the students to listen to. Excitement at the time, still fresh in my memory. The teacher’s motivation for the author’s lifetime unforgettable. Since then, I have been maintaining a strong interest in learning English. Now I have become an English teacher. Can be seen that the use of incentives to praise praise than criticism, accusations more effective. Teachers encourage students to be more, praise, do not mean smile, students will thus change the mood of a day or even a lifetime.
